Cooking restaurant quality meals in holiday homes around Scotland. Calum Scobie has worked as a chef for over 7 years and says “My passion lies in local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, of which Scotland is so fortunate to have so much to offer. My food can involve seafood, game, wild meats, fruit and vegetables and can be tailored to guests specific wants, needs or requirements. I can offer set, three course menus or more complex tasting menus of five courses, diving deeper into this country’s larder. I’m also happy and willing to create something unique for customers to cater to what they would like to eat.”
