Are you an enthusiastic and experienced hill stalker who would enjoy leading implementation of land management on Atholl’s famous beat of Forest Lodge?
This is a long-term opportunity for a live-in role and work in a remote but well-supported estate environment, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, discretion, and pride in standards. Forest Lodge’s rural location means that there is an opportunity for housekeeping support to be provided by the partner of the Senior Stalker.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Manager with a curious mind to take
ownership of all marketing across our organisation. This role involves effectively positioning Blair Castle
& Gardens and our visitor events to drive engagement, while strategically ensuring our Caravan Park and
Highland Lodge occupancy rates consistently meet and exceed targets.
As Marketing Manager, you will lead a focused in-house marketing function, providing direct line
management and mentorship to a Marketing Assistant. You will collaborate seamlessly with external
freelancers and agencies to balance high-impact, day-to-day activity with long-term strategic initiatives.
This role is perfectly suited for a strategic thinker who can look ahead to drive revenue growth while
navigating the demands of a dynamic environment with a proactive, hands-on approach. This is a key
role that includes planning, strategy, execution, implementation, copywriting, budgeting and reporting on
the success of marketing activity. It will involve working closely with the management team, trustees,
and owners to drive awareness, top line sales and direct bookings.

Blair Castle Caravan Park in Blair Atholl is at the entrance to the Cairngorms National Park making it a convenient and beautiful base for exploring Highland Perthshire. Situated within the grounds of the magnificent Blair Castle & Gardens, it’s a truly unique location steeped in history and charm.

Main Purpose:
To assist with housekeeping and cleaning duties in all areas of Blair Castle Caravan Park. As frequent contact with our visitors is part of the daily routine, a smart appearance and a high standard of customer care are expected.
Main duties:
The Caravan Park is open seven days a week. Staff work on rotas arranged throughout the week and weekend. Flexibility is required to meet the changing demands of the season.
