The check-in time is 4.00 pm and check-out is 10.00 am.
With advance warning it can be arranged for guests to drop off luggage at the lodge during the day, or organise a late departure if that is of significance.
When you arrive the lodge will have been cleaned and all the linen / towels changed. It is expected that the lodge will be kept reasonably clean during the week and left so at departure.
We kindly ask that all guests read the Lodge Rules and Regulations, (and other requirements as stated in the Booking Terms and Conditions), in order to help ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday for all.

All of our accommodation is fitted with Wi-Fi, and the passwords for this can be located inside the lodge welcome pack.
Yes, dogs are welcome on Atholl Estates.
We accept dogs in all of our accommodations. There is a maximum of two dogs per cottage, and one dog per Shepherds Hut. For both Shepherd Huts and Glen Glack and we ask that dogs stay on the ground floor and off the furniture.
We ask you never leave your dog unattended in the accommodation and they must be kept on a lead at all times in surrounding fields. Dog bedding is to be brought and used during your stay.
There are extensive walking routes surrounding the lodge, which are perfect for exercising your dog. Please be mindful that this is a working estate with livestock and other wildlife on trails, so please keep dogs under control to minimise disruption.
Our housekeeping team live nearby and can be contacted in case of incidental questions, but they do not clean the lodge through the week or get involved with cooking/cleaning up, unless by separate arrangement directly with you. It is expected that the lodge will be kept reasonably clean during the week and left so at departure.
If you require additional services please contact our Lodges Manager at least one month before your arrival and we can confirm availability.
Travel cots and high chairs may be hired, subject to availability. Please make requests at the time of booking. Cot linen is not provided.
Bed linen and towels are provided. When you arrive, the lodge will have been cleaned and all the linen / towels changed. If you require changes to the linen or towels throughout the week, this will need to be arranged in advance with the housekeeper.
Cot linen is not provided.
All accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Non-compliance will be seen as a breach of this contract, and a deep cleaning housekeeping charge of £100 will be applied if necessary. As a fire precaution, the use of candles is not permitted inside the accommodation.
Properly constructed barbecues are permitted when placed outside, off the ground at least 3 meters from any Lodge, cabin or vehicle. To avoid a fire, coals must be fully extinguished before placing in bins. All barbecues must be extinguished before 11pm. Open fires, of any nature, are strictly prohibited.
