Atholl Estates host a range of accommodation in Tulliemet, all overlooking the wonderful views of Strathtay that are spectacular in summer. All our lodges at Tulliemet are dog friendly and have outdoor seating with spectacular views, perfect for relaxing in the evening sunshine. There are miles of trails and tracks to discover and the picturesque towns of Dunkeld and Pitlochry are just a short drive away making Tulliemet a great base for exploring.

Luxury lodge Charlottefield is perfect for a getaway with friends. Relax in the open-plan living room and kitchen where you can cook and chat together enjoying the view from the doorway. After a day out exploring, soak up the magnificent views from your own private wood-fired outdoor bath.
Shepherd Huts | Sleeps 2
Experience a romantic escape this summer in our luxurious Shepherd Huts. Beautifully decorated with hand-stitched quilts, amazing attention to detail and the comfiest king-size bedchamber. You can enjoy the wonderful outdoor space, relax in your hammock or toast some marshmallows on your outdoor fire-pit as the sun sets. Blairinraish West | Sleeps 2 and Blairinraish East | Sleeps 4
Blairinraish West is a charming one bedroom cottage in an idyllic setting for a peaceful, romantic break this summer. Enjoy a spacious king size bedroom and large en-suite with separate bath and shower. Next door lies Blairinraish East which is a two bedroom cottage, with a spacious fully equipped kitchen diner and cosy living room, perfect for families. Enjoy the long summer evenings and spectacular views with a BBQ using some tasty regeneratively farmed Atholl Estate meat.
Tulliemet House | Sleeps 16
Tulliemet is surrounded by historical gardens, regenerative farmland and wild moorland. There are lochs, glens, bothies and burns to explore right from the doorstep. Combining castle grandeur with all the comforts of a modern home: Tulliemet will allow you to gather with family and friends and is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate and celebrate special occasions with those that you hold close.
A grand drawing room and cosy sitting rooms allows groups to spread throughout the house. The stair hall with its piano and bar is the ideal place for an impromptu party and the beautiful dining room can seat up to 16 guests. The five grand bedrooms on the first floor all have large ensuite bathrooms with wonderful views across the valley, and the four smaller twin bedrooms on the attic floor share further bathrooms. There is a yoga room and meditation space for those who look for peace and a games room for those who don’t!
The house was visited by Beatrix Potter and her family through the 1870s and the much loved walled garden now contains a sauna and swimming loch, and of course, a few bunnies.

Set on the banks of the River Tilt, Marble Lodge is five miles up the Glen Tilt track. Originally a shepherd’s cottage, Marble Lodge is a charming and comfortable lodge sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms. The welcoming living area is the perfect place to put your feet up after a day exploring the stunning wilderness of Glen Tilt. Immerse yourself in nature, switch off from busy lives and enjoy proper quality time together with loved ones.
Old Blair | Sleeps 10
Set in a hamlet a few hundred yards from Blair Castle & Gardens, Old Blair is the perfect multi-generation family getaway with plenty of space to relax and enjoy playing games and indulge in family meals around the dining room table. During the day enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including the magnificent Glen Tilt and the many activities available from your doorstep. Included in your stay is a visit to Blair Castle & Gardens where you can enjoy a full day out, just a walk away from your doorstep through the majestic Diana’s Grove, home to some of the tallest trees in Scotland.
Milton of Kincraigie | Sleeps 4
Milton of Kincraigie is a charming two-bedroom cottage filled with natural light and has been lovingly restored to create a warm and welcoming retreat. With a super-king size double room and a twin bedroom that can be converted to a super-king size bed, it’s perfect for families or friends. A large boot room with full laundry facilities means you can enjoy the outdoors and not worry about getting wet and muddy with plenty of space for washing and drying gear. Enjoy the private garden with handcrafted furniture, listening to the soothing sounds of Fender burn below and look up for a spot of stargazing around your firepit one the sun sets.
The Clachans lie on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park near the hamlet of Struan. Overlooking the spectacular Highland Perthshire countryside, the location is a great launchpad for local walks and exploration. They are just a few minutes drive from House of Bruar where you can have a lovely lunch and some retail therapy after you’ve worked up an appetite on a walk around the magnificent Falls of Bruar.
Clachan Cottage | Sleeps 4
Located next to Clachan Farmhouse & Annex, Clachan Cottage is a stunning two-bedroom cottage with a twin and king size double room. It is adjoined with a large barn that can be used for activities such as ping pong, yoga or whatever takes your fancy. Basque in the natural light that floods into the spacious kitchen and diner through the vast windows and relax in the cosy sitting room with a wee dram whilst planning the next days adventure.
Clachan Farmhouse | Sleeps 4
Clachan Farmhouse is a splendid Victorian farmhouse overlooking fields and hills that run alongside the river Garry down to the hamlet of Old Struan. The farmhouse is a spacious and bright retreat, perfect for relaxing in after a day exploring. Enjoy the long summer nights, keeping the chill at bay with your own firepit.
Clachan Annex | Sleeps 4
Clachan Annex can be enjoyed as a two-bedroom holiday with family for an unforgettable stay in beautiful Highland Perthshire. There is a spacious living and dining area with separate utility for muddy boots and after a day exploring you can relax with a long, hot bath before settling in the cosy living room.
Kindrochet | Sleeps 16
Kindrochet is a spacious lodge sleeping up to 16 guests, located a 5 minute drive from the Clachans. There are no immediate neighbours, and you can enjoy the beautiful woodland walks or stroll down to the river Garry straight from the large garden. Kindrochet Lodge blends Victorian architecture and modern renovation. A full-sized billiards table in the games room will keep you entertained or relax with drinks and a BBQ around the large hand crafted outdoor seating area where the large lawn is perfect for garden games.
Glen Glack Cabins are the perfect luxury getaway for families and friends seeking relaxation, adventure, and the convenience of nearby Dunkeld for shops and cafés. Enjoy many walks and cycle rides from your doorstep and return to your cabin to be mesmerised by breath-taking views and connect with nature.
Each of the five bespoke cabins feature comfy beds, open-plan living, fully equipped kitchens, bathtubs and fluffy robes, plus sweeping views, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the scent of pine in the air. Each cabin has a private veranda with relaxing wooden armchairs complete with warm sheepskin rugs to enjoy the loch side setting.
All the cabins sleep up to 4 guests bar Juniper that sleeps 2 guests and comes with the added luxury of a wood-fired outdoor bath.

Be sure to visit Blair Castle and Gardens for a full and fun day out for all the family, included in your stay at all Atholl Estate lodges between April and October, during opening hours. New for 2026 are two brand new exhibitions in the castle. A Costume Drama at Blair Castle brings together original historic costumes from the castle’s attics alongside iconic pieces from film and television. Our second exhibition is James Hutton and Glen Tilt that explores James Hutton’s pivotal geological observations in Glen Tilt, connecting Blair Castle’s landscape and collections to a moment that reshaped humanity’s understanding of Earth’s history.

Stay with Atholl Estates this summer and discover 120,000 acres of hills, woodlands and open countryside by foot or simply touring around. There is a fantastic network of walks on Atholl Estates that our Estate Rangers ensure are in good order for visitors to explore our glens, woodland and open moorland. Longer routes take you into the hills and the wilder parts of the Cairngorms. For the intrepid walker there are numerous Munros and Corbett’s to bag.

The Cancer Research UK Etape Caledonia returns to the idyllic village of Pitlochry, Highland Perthshire, on Sunday 10 May 2026.
This breathtaking event takes riders on a tour through the stunning landscapes of Highland Perthshire. Choose from 40, 55 or 85 miles of unforgettable riding on fully closed roads. You’ll wind through tree-lined avenues, past shimmering lochs and cheering spectators, with the sound of bagpipes echoing through the hills. If you don’t fancy taking part you can cheer participants on from the side lines and soak up the atmosphere.
Live music lovers can head to Pitlochry where The Old Mill Inn and McKays Hotel & Bar, both play live music every Friday and Saturday evening. Check their websites for listings.
Head to The Taybank in Dunkeld for live music every Wednesday and Thursday, check their website for listings. The Taybank pub quiz is held on the first Tuesday of every month if you want to test your knowledge on holiday!
A live music festival held in Pitlochry starts on the evening of Friday 26th June running through to Sunday 28th June. Headliner Marti Pellow closes the Friday evening followed throughout the weekend by some great acts, food and a fun, family festival vibe. Find out more and book tickets on their website.
