Surrounded by ancient woodland with wonderful views and an outdoor wood-fired bath
Nestled in a perfect spot underneath an ancient Caledonian forest of oaks and birch, Charlottefield looks across the glen and down to the River Tummel. With miles of trails and tracks to explore this is a great base for a family who want to stay on nature’s doorstep. With two comfortable bedrooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen, Charlottefield is a wonderfully comfortable home to come back to after exploring everything Atholl Estates and Perthshire has to offer.
After a long walk to a loch, or climbing one of the nearby Munros relax in the wood-fired outdoor bath in the former woodshed next to the house. Nature enthusiasts can forage in the fields and forests, and might spot our resident pair of golden eagles soaring, red squirrels, deer and beavers.
Please contact us to enquire about activities on the estate. Throughout the year we offer foraging workshops, ranger tours and activities, Scottish piping and castle tours, as well as fishing and stalking.
