The Blairinraish cottages East and West were renovated in 2022 and overlook the woods and farmland of Tulliemet. Facing south the views stretch out and over StrathTay; it is one of the most wonderful views on Atholl Estates. Behind the cottages, Tulliemet moor opens up and a three-mile track over the moor leads out to Loch Broom.
The cottage has been lovingly decorated with a combination of antiques from the estate collection as well as contemporary art and designer fabrics. Design and comfort really matter to us and we hope that you find the cottage not only provides the perfect base for your Highland getaway but the perfect home to come back to.
Both of the Blairinraish cottages are within a five-minute walk of our other accommodation available on this part of the estate, Tulliemet House and the Shepherds Huts. Further afield Dunkeld and Pitlochry are a fifteen-minute drive away and Aberfeldy and Blair Atholl are twenty minutes by car.
Please contact us to enquire about activities on the estate. Throughout the year we offer foraging workshops, ranger tours and activities, Scottish piping and castle tours, as well as fishing and stalking.
Be sure to visit Blair Castle and Gardens for a full and fun day out for all the family, included in your stay at Blairinraish West between April and October, during opening hours.
Please note that access to the cottage is via an unsurfaced private track and a high-clearance vehicle is recommended.
