Open Thursday-Monday, 9.00am -11.00am serving breakfast

Open Thursday-Monday, 4.00pm – 6.00pm serving pizza

Serving a tasty range of locally sourced food and drink throughout the season from their catering hut based on the park, The Shieling provides everything you need for a delicious breakfast on the go or evening pizza.

Serving fresh Scottish morning rolls filled with freshly cooked fillings. Choose from
grilled bacon, traditional square sausage, fried egg and potato scones. A hot brew to warm you up in the morning, with dairy-free milks is also available. Enjoy a selection of soft drinks and confectionery.

The opening hours for August have changed slightly. Please check our Facebook post for details. The Shieling will be closed from the 26th of August as our chef is returning to college.

Atholl Beauty Room

Beauty therapist, Angie McLay, offers massages, beauty treatments, and alternative therapies to give the finishing touch to a wonderfully relaxing holiday with us. The Atholl Beauty Room is also open to locals and visitors to the area.

Bike Hire

Blair Atholl Bike Hire is perfectly situated to make the most of some of the best natural mountain bike trails in the UK.

​A 1/2 mile ride up a quiet lane from our car park connects you directly with a network of more than 50 miles of paths, tracks and trails, taking you along rivers, through forests and into the stunning glens of the Cairngorm National Park.

We want you to enjoy Highland Perthshire as much as we do so we will provide you with the best hire bikes for your chosen quest, along with route information and advice to make your experience as relaxed or as adventurous as you want.

Activities on the Estate

Not a fan of outdoor adventures? We have something for everyone. Have a stroll through Blair Castle Gardens into the historical residence of The Duke of Atholl. Immerse yourself in the gripping history of the castle though self-guided tours or chat to one of our friendly Guides, there are some amazing stories just waiting to be discovered and when you start feeling a little peckish have a stop at our Tullibardine Café for a homemade cake and cuppa.

Laundry

There are washing machines, tumble dryers, ironing equipment and hand washing facilities available. The drying room is perfect for wet clothing and shoes that you need the following day, charges apply.

Games Room

We have a brilliant games room just next to reception, complete with pool tables, table tennis, table football and a huge Connect 4. The room can be accessed from 9am – 6pm, and up to 10pm during high season/busy periods. Charges apply for pool table and equipment hire.

There are also games for hire at the shop counter in Reception.

Adventure Playgrounds

We have two brilliant adventure playgrounds at Blair Castle Caravan Park, perfect for toddlers and bigger children. We have a basketball hoop, football goals and a large field perfect for playing rounders with the family.

We hope that you enjoy using the playgrounds but please note these areas are unsupervised and adults should remain responsible for the actions of their children at all times.
