Below are details of available pitches to site a brand new caravan holiday home. Using one of our recommended suppliers, you choose the make, model and specifications to suit your needs to enjoy holidays in stunning Highland Perthshire for years to come.
Our caravan holiday home pitches are seasonal with a licence of 14 years to remain onsite at Blair Castle Caravan Park. Owners can occupy their caravans from March to November annually.
We have two pitches available (CD17 or NP97) to site a brand new caravan holiday home from the start of the 2026 season. Please see the Park Map below to view the locations.
Please note that the caravan holiday homes in the above images will be removed over this winter in readiness for the delivery of your new caravan holiday home.
All new caravan holiday homes must be purchased through Blair Castle Caravan Park. You may choose your make, model and specifications to suit your needs, using one of our recommended suppliers detailed below.
We work with some of the leading caravan manufacturers, including Willerby, ABI, Victory Leisure, and Swift. You can explore their available models and pricing on their websites.
Once you have selected your model, we can take the stress off your hands and place the order for you. We can give you prices for decking and sheds too, please just ask.
Caravan holiday homes owners receive a seasonal pass that provides exclusive park benefits. Explore the vast gardens and grounds of Blair Castle for free, including the wonderful nine-acre walled garden and Diana’s Grove, home to some of the tallest trees in Scotland.

Costs involved in the purchase of a new caravan holiday home include deposit, delivery, siting and commission costs, decking installation cost if you choose this option and annual site fees.
A non-refundable deposit of £5,000 is required to secure the sales agreement for a brand new caravan holiday home.
There is a one off siting charge that includes the caravan holiday home delivery, commissioning, the connection to all mains services, 2 gas cylinders, TV aerial and relevant site works and materials. Please enquire for the up-to date cost of the siting charge.
Annual site fees for caravan holiday home pitches for the 2026 season are £3,135 + vat.
Note: The purchase of a caravan is a long-standing commitment, and we comply with the code of practice for selling and siting holiday caravans issued by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and the National Caravan Council. We will discuss all the fees involved with you before you make a decision to purchase a caravan holiday home.
