Location options:

Pitches CD17 and NP97 will be available to site this caravan holiday home for the start of 2026 season. Please view the Park Map below to locate the pitches available.

When No 42 will be available:

No 42 will be available at the end of the 2025 season when it will be sited and work completed ready for your enjoyment and use at the start of the 2026 season on the 1st March.

Licence agreement:

Holiday homes are sited on Blair Castle Caravan Park for a period of 14 years from new and therefore your licence agreement will include the remaining period from the manufacture date.

Licence agreement for No 42. is from 2026 to the end 2034 (9yrs).

Order Process & Site Fees

Order Process:

A £3,000 deposit is required to secure the sales agreement for an ex-hire caravan holiday home and all are sold as seen. The total balance of the sale is due by February 2026, along with the appropriate site fees. The deposit is non-refundable unless some unacceptable damage has occurred by the close of the rental season.

Annual site fees:

The annual site fees for the 2026 season have been set at £3135.00 for 12ft units and must be paid by early February 2026. The 2026 season starts on 1^st March, and the park closes for the winter on 16^th November.

Note: The purchase of a caravan is a long-standing commitment, and we comply with the code of practice for selling and siting holiday caravans issued by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and the National Caravan Council. We will discuss all the fees involved with you before you make a decision to purchase a caravan holiday home.
