We are seeking an experienced and reliable couple to take on a dual role combining Senior Deer Stalker duties with Highland Lodge Housekeeping based at the beat of Forest Lodge, set in the heart of Glen Tilt and Atholl Estate.
This is a long-term opportunity for a couple looking to live and work in a remote but well-supported estate environment, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, discretion, and pride in standards.

The caravan park is our most significant holiday accommodation enterprise and it’s a thriving and lively business with a strong and friendly team. This role involves carrying out general building and caravan maintenance, grounds work, housekeeping, security and health & safety issues on the park. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Main duties:
The caravan park is open seven days a week. Staff work on rotas arranged throughout the week. Flexibility is required to meet the changing demands of the season. Warden shifts include regular evening and weekend cover.

To assist with housekeeping and cleaning duties in all areas of Blair Castle Caravan Park. As frequent contact with our visitors is part of the daily routine, a smart appearance and a high standard of customer care are expected.

The Caravan Park is open every day March to November inclusive and some of our other on-site accommodation options are open every day throughout the year. The key role is to support the reception supervisor in the effective operation of the reception area — encompassing the sales function from initial enquiries to the customer welcome experience and ongoing customer care whilst at the caravan park. Weekend work is an integral part of the role.
