The Clachans
The Clachans lie on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park near the hamlet of Struan. Overlooking the spectacular Highland Perthshire countryside, the location is a great launchpad for local walks and exploration. The House of Bruar, Scotland’s luxury retail experience is less than 2 miles away. Experience the beautiful Falls of Bruar walk at the same location and reward yourself with some Christmas retail therapy or a delicious lunch.
Clachan Cottage is a stunning two-bedroom cottage with a twin and king size double room. Basque in the natural light that floods into the spacious kitchen and diner through the vast windows and relax in the cosy sitting room with a wee dram whilst planning the next days adventure. Clachan Cottage is adjoined with a large barn with complete log-burner that can be used for activities such as ping pong, yoga.
Clachan Farmhouse is a splendid Victorian farmhouse overlooking fields that run alongside the river Garry down to the hamlet of Old Struan. Sleeping four in two bedrooms, it can be joined with Clachan Annex to give the option of a spacious four-bedroom house.
Clachan Annex sleeps four in two bedrooms and has everything you need for the perfect spring break. Featuring a utility room, perfect for muddy boots after a day exploring. There is a fully equipped kitchen and diner, a twin and a king size double room and a first floor living room.
Milton of Kincraigie
Sit back and enjoy a spring getaway set beside the magnificent Glen Tilt in our recently renovated, charming two-bedroom cottage. If a rural retreat in stunning countryside with miles of walks from your doorstep with modern comforts in a beautifully restored cottage sounds like your perfect break, then Milton of Kincraigie is the place to be.
Perfect for families or two couples, Milton of Kincraigie is dog friendly and sleeps up to four guests in a super-king size double room and a twin bedroom that can be converted to a super-king size bed.
The large boot room with full laundry facilities means you can enjoy the outdoors and not worry about getting wet and muddy with plenty of space for washing and drying gear. Soak weary bones in the large bath and then cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen.
Underfloor heating will keep your toes warm on chilly mornings and you can enjoy the comfortable living room complete with cosy log burner.
Outside you can relax in your own private, enclosed garden with bespoke furniture and listen to the soothing sound of the wee burn below.
Blairinraish Cottages
Blairinraish East and West are the perfect stay to enjoy a tranquil haven or an action packed break with stunning views over Strathtay. Both cottages are dog friendly and you can curl up in front of the log burner or cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchens. They are lovingly decorated with a combination of antiques from the estate collection as well as contemporary art and designer fabrics.
Blairinraish East is an ideal family stay, with one king size double room and one twin bedroom. The spacious kitchen-diner is fully equipped and there is a welcoming living room with stunning views and cosy log burner.
Blairinraish West is a romantic and luxurious break for two; from the king size bedroom with large en-suite with two basins, a separate bath and shower to the sumptuous, red, cosy living room with log burner. On fine evenings, venture outside to watch the spectacular view fade away as the stars appear.
Shepherd Huts
We have two shepherd huts on Tulliemet; Curlew and Lapwing. They are the perfect escape to enjoy nature, in a stunning location and have a tranquil, romantic getaway.
Our luxurious shepherd huts are beautifully decorated with hand-stitched quilts, amazing attention to detail and the comfiest king-size bedchamber.
You will be glamping with a hot shower, a fully fitted kitchen, electric underfloor heating and a cosy wood burner. Dine inside or al fresco in your own private area – either way you will be able to enjoy outstanding scenery.
The shepherd huts sit in a meadow, surrounded by fields of regenerative farmland and stunning countryside. Soak up the views, and as the evening sets in, light your own private fire pit and curl up in cosy wooden armchairs.
Glen Glack Cabins
Five luxury, bespoke, new cabins sitting on the edge of Cally Loch, near the picturesque town of Dunkeld where there are independent shops, bakeries and the renowned Taybank riverside restaurant with sauna. Our cabins enjoy breathtaking views over the loch, whilst being a tranquil place to connect with nature.
All cabins are dog-friendly, have great storage for muddy boots and wet jackets, underfloor heating to keep toes warm and log burners for a cosy evening in, complete with logs supplied by Atholl Estates. Little luxuries like fluffy bathrobes, organic Highland Soap Company toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine mean that you can truly relax in your home from home.
Choose from 5 wonderful cabins, all with their own unique design. Juniper is perfect for romantic getaways, complete with your own private veranda and outdoor wood-fired bath. Willow is a great space for families with a king sized bedroom and a bunk bed room for the kids.
What's On This New Year
There are lots of fun events and things to do in Highland Perthshire in the New Year. Enjoy live music, theatre or a relaxing sauna.
- Pitlochry Festival Theatre – 12th -15th February 2026. Winter Words Festival. The beloved literary festival returns for its 22nd year, featuring authors, poets, broadcasters and chefs for a celebration of Scotland’s rich artistic, literary, historical and cultural life.
- The Taybank in Dunkeld plays live music regularly on Wednesdays and Thursdays and holds monthly pub quiz nights.
- Braan Sauna experience at The Taybank – open daily throughout the winter. Gather a few friends and follow the festoon light trail to their wood-fired sauna and plunge pool on the banks of the River Tay.
- The Old Mill and McKays, both in Pitlochry play live music every Friday and Saturday evening. Head to their websites to see what’s on.
