Carol Fergusson is a private cook and lives on Atholl Estates. Her cooking experience is incredibly extensive having run an outside catering business for many years providing everything from small picnic lunches to large marquee weddings. She moved up to Scotland to run the Whitehouse Restaurant in Lochaline, near Mull and then moved over to Aberdeenshire to run the kitchens at Finzean Farm Shop. Now married to one of our gamekeepers at Forest Lodge, she will come and cook for you at your holiday accommodation for the whole week or a special one off dinner. Marco has been cooking professionally for more than 16 years and has a wealth of experience in the world of catering. During his career he has worked in different types of kitchens in 3 different countries: Italy, Germany and United Kingdom. Born in Palermo, Italy, Marco moved to Germany aged 19 after finishing his Catering Studies, where he worked as a Commis Chef. A desire to further his career brought him to Edinburgh where he became Sous Chef at Est Est Est at the age of 23, managing a brigade of 10 chefs. After 4 years, he then started to work for Café Marlayne, where he perfected his skills and gained experience in French cuisine and baking.
