We are looking for an experienced PA to join the team for a 1 year fixed term period. This is a varied role working closely with our head trustee and general manager. We are looking for someone with proven PA experience who has the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy, someone who can take ownership of their work and prioritize tasks and who enjoys working in a fun and busy environment. Working closely with the shop manager, you will have responsibility for generating sales, buying stock, stock keeping, cash handling, staffing and shop display matters within the Gift Shop at Blair Castle, reaching or exceeding annual performance targets. A hands-on approach is essential for this role.
It is your responsibility, both directly and through support of the manager and through the leadership of the castle gift shop team, to provide an excellent experience for our guests, maintaining the high standards expected by the castle, our customers and in keeping with our Visit Scotland 5 star visitor attraction rating.
